sc-fi illustrations

I am hoping my newest illustrations will be published in a new quarterly magazine. The feral collective is a group of artists, designers, illustrators and photographers.

The topic for the brief was sci – fi. I decided to stay away from aliens, space ships and such things and took some inspiration from the Avatar film and some of my other fairy-tale work.

I love what Feral are doing, you can find more details about them here –

    This is awesome artwork.

  3. Very, very cool. Wish I could do this!

  4. Oh, how I would love that! I love your work–other worlds, Pres Lincoln, designs for furniture. (I have always wanted to be able to do what you do.) But I am disabled by a chronic illness and have very little money to live on. So, I write and do some collages–but not drawing. Anyway, if ever a miracle should happen for me and I have money, I’ve marked your site in my Favorites.
Thanks so much and keep up your great work.

      Thanks for the kind words.
I didn’t want you to buy an image!! It will be free. I can always use the practice.

      Up to you.
(This is a one-off to anyone else who reads this!!!)

  5. Really? Do you know how awesome this is, Chris? THIS IS AMAZING! Thank you so much. I’m going to try to put the link for the book cover I created in here. I have pasted in the links for the eight chapters on my blog that are fixed up nicely. Let me know what you think–if this is what you need. The book is complete (100,000 words, which I’m sure you don’t want to read!)

Wow, this cheers me up so much!
